samsung sound bar keeps cutting out

It's only either 2 or 3 yrs old this Christmas and it to has also just started do that. I had the sound bar for 3 weeks before my cable was set up. We got a new 43" Samsung TV. Seems to happen mainly or only on the higher numbered channels. Have a samsung UN40EH5300FXZA and a samsung f550 soundbar. The bar website says it does Dolby digital decoding. This problem only occurs on videos or movies that are HDX through apps like VUDU. Chip Fisher.
